About Me
I am passionate about empowering you to feel comfortable in your body in order for you to be your best self.
I grew up an avid dancer and have always thrived being active and outdoors. Yoga and massage allowed me to deepen my understanding of this active body love, and let it ripple out to my clients and their lives.
It came as quite a shock therefore, when my body broke or did not perform as I expected. Although I already aimed to teach and treat from a place of ahimsa (compassion), directing compassion to myself was harder than I realised.
Although I have by no means perfected self-love and self-compassion, I have learned so much from this journey and I am passionate about empowering you on your journey to radiate as your best self.
Myofascial Massage Specialist
Since 2011 and I have taken more courses than is possible to list, the most rigorous being the Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist accreditation through Jing Advanced Massage Training.
The result is a unique combination of scientist meets shaman:
sincere skill and knowledge, combined with profoundly insightful and intuitive touch.
When I work with my clients it feels like a dance:
intuitive, effortless, pleasurable, but with a firm grasp of the rules, steps and training seamlessly integral to the foundations of the experience.
